Here is the Rental Agreement:
I simply need you to respond that you have read the agreement, understand and accept the conditions and let me know when & how payment will be made...
Resort & week: Resort name & address, date, how many condominium occupies, price.
Guest needs to be at least 21 years old or older to check-in... check-in is 4pm.
Please understand this purchase is non-refundable unless we can put another guest in because I have paid for the week, I cannot get the money back & I take all ads down after payment. Thank-you for your understanding...
First come / First serve. Thank-you for your understanding...
If you agree, please send name, address, email & phone # for the guest certificate. I will get the guest certificate to you as soon as I get it from owner services....
Please understand, many of the resort's front desk systems will not show the reservation until a week before check-in.
It varies per resort when the front desk shows the reservations.
You are welcome to ask the resort and confirm this. Especially if your reservation is not showing yet. Please do not worry. I have never had a guest not get their week in 25 years of doing this.
Please contact me directly if it is not showing by a week before and I will follow up with owner services to get it over in the front desk's system. This would be rare for the reservation to not be showing by then (rare to never).
**Please abide by each resort's check-out policy. Some resorts require garbage to be taken out, all resorts require dishes done or put in the dishwasher & started & out by 10am.
** Common courtesy is to wipe counters down and put used towels in the tub.

When I remember, I have started leaving tips for housekeeping. It is not necessary but I do believe it is one of the most overlooked service areas in our society. I also believe it will be appreciated and could make a difference in the lives of our housekeepers.

At check-in, most resorts will "tap" a pending security amount on your credit card that will not post & will disappear after check-out ~ unless you leave with the refrigerator, then there could be an issue ;)
